It didn't mean that she wasn't the making the decision to try to be a part of something again. Being alone wasn't healthy for anyone, especially him. She'd seen what he was like when he was alone. But she could see that he'd already made up his mind. She wouldn't ask him to stay, no matter how much she wanted to.
