Had his question been out of line or was it simply that she didn't know what to call the institute anymore? Either way, the fact she wasn't looking at him was making him more and more anxious by the second.
But she does turn back.
Kurt breathes a sigh of relief, smiles then shuts his eyes and nods his head in agreement. "We can hope and pray all we want, but we all must put forth some actual effort if we want to see things actually change." Optimism, with a side of realism, for once.
"True, ja. I know it's none of my business, but how often do you struggle with getting to sleep? It could have something to do with stress or ... maybe not. It might be something different altogether."
